We invite you to check our prices, you will find that they are up to 50% less than similar accommodations offered at La Jolla resort and the Cabo area.

Air-conditioning: Please DO NOT leave the air-conditioning on when you go out. It can cost up to $75 per week for electricity alone.
The condo never really gets hot, turn on the fans and you will be OK.
Manager in Cabo: We use the service of a property manager to assist us and our guests while in Mexico. You will receive their contact number when you make
your reservations.
Maid Service: We use an outside maid service that comes in on Saturdays to clean and change linen and towels. Do not send the maid away or they might not come back.
A laundry service is available from the hotel staff. Their laundry facility is in the middle of the garage buildings when you look out from our front door. It costs $8 to wash, dry
and fold.
Groceries: Available at Castros market (at the stoplight you came through on the way in from the airport.) There are two large American style supermarkets, one in Cabo just
as you enter the downtown on your right and one on the main road out closer to the airport. There is also a new superette 100 yards from La Jolla.
Water: The water is safe, but most people prefer purified water. Water is available in the supermarkets or from the water store opposite Castros market at the lights
on the highway near San Jose.
Pool: There are 3 pools in La Jolla. Officialdom dictates that you must wear a color coded vinyl tag (grey) when at the pool.
Please leave them on the kitchen counter when you leave, they cost $20 US each to replace.
